🔵 🏔️ The ascent to Pisco is achievable for anyone who is well acclimatized and wants to hike up. Most of the route is neither technical nor steep, making it ideal for both inexperienced and experienced mountaineers who use it to acclimatize before heading to mountains over 6,000 meters above sea level.
🔵 🌄 This snow-capped peak is known as the “balcony of the Cordillera Blanca” for its beauty and panoramic views. From its summit, we can admire Huaydoys, Chacraraju East, Chopicalqui, Piramide, Artesonraju, Alpamayo to the north, and Huascarán to the south.
🔵 🍹 The peak is named after the famous Peruvian liquor “Pisco,” which was offered during its first ascent.
