Terms and Conditions

We request you to kindly read the terms and conditions thoroughly. Please feel free to write for any confusion.

1)     Payment terms:

We prefer to have 30% advance payment of the confirmed booking, the rest can be paid after clients arrive Kathmandu.

2)     Cancellation:

  • 0% of confirmed booking amount if canceled 30 days before arrival.
  • 25% of total confirmed booking amount if canceled 21 days before arrival.
  • 50% of total confirmed booking amount if canceled 14 days before the arrival.
  • 100% of total confirmed booking amount if canceled 7 days before the arrival.

3)     Refunds:
There will be no refunds if a passenger leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily, after it has begun. We will make no refunds for any meals, accommodation or services not used.

4)     Complimentary Policy:

  • One person (or the tour leader) 100% is complimentary on 15 paying persons for trekking, hotel, Nepal domestic flights and land transportation, package tours.
  • One person (or the tour leader) 50% is complimentary on 10 paying persons for trekking, hotel, Nepal domestic flights and land transportation, except national park fees, special permit of trek.

5)     Health and Fitness:
To have an enjoyable trip, good health and physical fitness are required on all trips like trekking, peak climbing and expedition, it is recommended a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks.

6)     Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price, we recommend you have your travel insurance to cover accidents, emergency rescue in case of unfavorable climatic condition.

7)     Complaints:

Any complaints during the trip can be informed to your tour leader or guide immediately or at the office after completion of the trip. The management will try to look into the matter and take action accordingly.

8)     Privacy Policy:
We always respect the privacy of every individual. We may collect the personal details and information for official uses. But the information provided by individual will not be shared or published without the individual consent.
We at Himalayan Mentor always keep in mind the safety, comfort and the privacy of every human being.

9)     Unforeseen Events:
The cancellation or delay of domestic flight due to poor weather condition or technical reason, we are unable to take responsibility, however, we will try our best to any alternations. If the tour is cut short or breaks in between due to natural disaster then the cost is not refundable once paid.

10)    Responsibility
We reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passenger(s) causing inconvenience or annoyance to other travellers/trekkers, or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal possessions, or any consequential losses resulting there from. If a traveller/trekker is injured or becomes ill, all evacuation and hospital expenses, doctors' fees and repatriation costs are the traveller/trekker's responsibility, and we are unable to be liable for any refund of the tour fare.
